Business Development Consultant

About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Consultant to own and grow our Singapore market. You will drive aggressive local business growth while collaborating with our Vietnam development team and Japanese headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads independently and with the Telemarketing team.
- Develop deep product expertise of our ERP solution and deliver compelling demos.
- Prepare quotations and business proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and consistently work toward annual sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP or related sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
- Driven, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
