Business Development Intern (Healthcare) - Jan to Jun 2027

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is offering a Sales Support Intern position in Singapore covering January to June 2027. The intern supports the sales and business development team by coordinating pre-sales and administrative activities, gaining exposure to the end-to-end sales cycle, customer engagement and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations and tender documents, keeping them accurate, well formatted and on time.
• Research the market and competitors to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities, and present the findings.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales opportunities and help with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with technical, finance and operations teams on proposals and customer requests.
• Help organise customer meetings, product demonstrations, marketing events and exhibitions, and prepare meeting minutes and follow-ups.
• Handle administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling and record keeping.

• Good organisational and time management skills, able to handle several tasks at once.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders across functions.
