Business Development Manager – Healthcare MNC

About the role

Hays is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international B2B services organisation with a strong Asia-Pacific footprint, which is expanding its commercial presence in Greater China. As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth in the China market in a hands-on, individual contributor role combining account management and new business development. You will be the first commercial lead shaping the market strategy, own the full sales cycle and partner closely with regional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
• Mandatory China exposure
• Comfortable with both hunting and farming
• Strategic, mature and commercially driven mindset
• Open to stepping up into a high-impact role
• Experience in pharma, healthcare, logistics or services is an advantage but not essential
