Business Development Manager – ICT Professionals (Sales & Marketing)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead strategic sales initiatives for ICT professional services, focusing on digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. You will engage corporate clients across industries, build long‑term relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies targeting corporate clients.
• Identify, engage and cultivate new opportunities across various sectors.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, solution presentations and client consultations.
• Maintain strong long‑term relationships to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal operational, technical and project teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to refine strategies.
• Provide regular sales updates, pipeline forecasts and business reports to management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to enhance service offerings.
• Achieve or exceed assigned business development targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, account management or related functions.
• Background in consultancy, technology, digital solutions or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with a keen interest in technology solution advisory.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to fast‑paced environments and meet targets.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications or related fields is a plus.
