Business Development Manager – Learning Management Systems

About the role

Scheer IMC, an international provider of corporate learning and educational technologies, is expanding its Singapore team and is looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales in Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region. The role suits someone who enjoys consultative selling, digital software and the freedom to make their own mark.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline across Singapore and the SEA region, supported by a partner network.
• Lead high-impact pitches, deliver capability presentations and write winning proposals and tenders for learning solutions.
• Own key regional accounts and build long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
• Support the partner network with presentations and lead local marketing initiatives such as conferences and events.
• Give clients basic product introductions and training, and keep data accurate in the CRM.

Required profile

• 5+ years of success in technology sales, business development or software consulting.
• Experience or familiarity with LMS, HR software, e-learning, digital content or knowledge management systems is highly beneficial.
• Proactive, autonomous approach with a reliable, "can-do" attitude.
• Able to quickly understand customer HR processes and match them to tech solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally is a must.
