Business Development Manager – Office Fit-out

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the commercial office fit‑out sector. The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads through marketing and networking.
• Secure client or consultant meetings, deliver presentations and showcase company services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and budgets independently.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences and other events.
• Manage the full tender process, including sourcing, costing, pricing strategies and timely submissions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations and tenders in line with client timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, construction or property.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
