Business Development Manager – Singapore

About the role

qlub is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead its growth in Singapore. You will drive merchant acquisition for its QR‑code payment platform, helping restaurants streamline payments and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant partners across Singapore, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation.
• Research and target suitable merchants, building relationships with owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Design tailored Paytech solutions that address each merchant’s specific challenges and objectives.
• Contribute to market‑entry strategy by analysing local trends and shaping sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and rapid activation.
• Gather field insights and provide feedback to senior management for product and strategy improvements.
• Support merchants during the early stages to maximise usage and long‑term success.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within fintech, payments or the F&B sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior restaurant stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
