Business Development Representative – Indonesia Market

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Representative to generate new revenue opportunities for its AI‑driven CRM solutions across the Indonesia market. You will work closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities within enterprise accounts in Indonesia.
• Research, prospect, and engage “cold” accounts through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Prioritise and manage a strategic target‑account list, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives and evangelise Salesforce’s on‑demand model.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and reporting targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of inside‑sales experience in the IT sector, including new‑business development and cold‑calling.
• Proven track record selling to Singapore‑based clients.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and strong written/ verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑starter with high energy, positive attitude and ability to multitask.
