Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

AIA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive sales performance and strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with sales channels and senior leaders to deliver high‑quality reporting and visualisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales channels as a trusted data advisor and subject‑matter expert.
• Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, generate insights and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Translate business questions into data‑driven solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Design and build intuitive dashboards and reports for campaign tracking and business monitoring.
• Support the Associate Director and Channel Heads with sales data visualisation, strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Drive initiatives to improve data management, automation and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Actuarial, Audit, Product, Finance, Technology, Distribution) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Participate in audit and governance processes, including routine and ad‑hoc reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis or a similar role.
