IT System Manager

About the role

MoneyMax is seeking an experienced IT System Manager to oversee and maintain its core IT infrastructure. The role focuses on Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, performance monitoring and health checks.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP and domain services.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite – Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and user management.
• Handle user provisioning, access control and identity lifecycle.
• Implement security practices for Microsoft 365 and identity protection.
• Monitor infrastructure availability and troubleshoot server, application and authentication issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of systems, configurations and procedures.
• Support backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations and continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (citizen or PR only).
