Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst

This position supports data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation by turning raw data into actionable insights, building interactive dashboards and streamlining reporting processes. Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data from sales, operations, marketing and supply‑chain functions to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Build, maintain and automate dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or similar tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and recurring outputs.
• Support data cleaning, validation and structuring from multiple internal and external sources.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements and present findings clearly.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting workflows and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to programming languages like Python or R (advantage).
