Business Support Executive – Office Administration

About the role

The Business Support Executive is the operational backbone of the Singapore office, leading and coordinating facilities, office services, workplace experience, compliance, events and HR support. You will ensure day‑to‑day smooth operation while driving strategic improvements across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise onsite operations personnel (facilities, front‑of‑house, cleaners) and uphold BCG’s service culture.
• Manage workplace allocation and digital access systems (FR, HID, AppSpace, Vecos, Capitaland).
• Oversee café, pantry, stationery, equipment maintenance and respond to staff and visitor enquiries.
• Maintain vendor relationships, source quotes, onboard vendors in Coupa, and coordinate repairs/replacements.
• Track office operations budget, monitor expenses and flag variances.
• Maintain office equipment inventory and landline extensions.
• Co‑lead safety and security exercises, support crisis management plans and ensure compliance with insurance policies.

Required profile

• Proactive, service‑oriented individual with strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to supervise vendor teams and collaborate confidently with cross‑functional partners.
• Professional demeanor and attention to workplace standards.

Required skills

• Experience with Coupa procurement platform.
• Familiarity with digital access systems such as FR, HID, AppSpace, Vecos.
