Butler – Luxury Villa Service

About the role

The Butler is the centerpiece of the guest experience at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, a luxury all‑villa resort on Sentosa Island. Reporting to the Head Butler, you will manage every touchpoint of a guest’s stay, from pre‑arrival planning through departure, ensuring a seamless, personalized service that reflects the iconic Raffles brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create personal connections with guests and anticipate their needs throughout the stay.
• Attend daily briefings, capture guest preferences, and stay informed about local events and attractions.
• Customize check‑in procedures, villa set‑up, and orientation, offering welcome drinks and bespoke itineraries.
• Provide in‑villa services such as unpacking, packing, laundry, shoe‑shine, and regular amenity replenishment.
• Coordinate closely with in‑villa dining, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
• Act as the liaison between guests and all hotel operations, handling enquiries promptly and communicating updates to relevant teams.
• Monitor DND (Do Not Disturb) status and manage departure arrangements.

Required profile

• Attentive listener with a keen eye for detail and a passion for personalising guest interactions.
• Ambassador of the hotel, knowledgeable across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa & Wellbeing operations.
• Proactive, intuitive, and able to anticipate guest needs without prompting.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure clear information flow among team members.
