Cabin Crew Business Technology (Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager)

About the role

Singapore Airlines is hiring for the Cabin Crew Business Technology Department within its Cabin Crew Division. The successful candidate will own the Cabin Crew products that improve cabin crew operations, aligned to the Cabin Crew digital roadmap and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and multi-release roadmap for Cabin Crew Operations Products.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, map current workflows, identify pain points and automation opportunities, and turn requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria with a prioritised backlog.
• Define test strategy and UAT plans, manage defects through to closure and ensure regression coverage.
• Build and enhance Tableau dashboards tracking cabin crew OKRs and operational metrics, and design data visualisations that give actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Strong cabin crew domain knowledge and understanding of SIA service procedures.
• Experience in prompt engineering and developing GenAI solutions.
• Meticulous, analytical, systematic and logical approach to problem solving.
• Self-starter, result oriented and able to multi-task.
