Capital Markets Academy 2027 - Real Estate Career Launch

About the role

JLL's Capital Markets Academy is a 24-month rotational programme designed to develop future capital markets professionals in real estate. It offers immediate client exposure, strong mentorship and a clear development path, with three eight-month rotations across sectors such as Office Investments, Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Debt Advisory. The programme includes hands-on exposure to live transactions and client relationships.

Required profile

• Graduate with an undergraduate degree (completed or final year) in Real Estate, Finance or a related field; preferred.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word for professional analysis and presentation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, time management and relationship-building skills.
• Available to start as a permanent, full-time employee in February 2027.
