Centre Director

About the role

Aureus Group, the parent of Singapore’s leading music school, is seeking a dynamic Centre Director to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives. The role combines sales, customer service, and team development to drive centre growth across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Make a set number of outbound sales calls each day.
• Achieve monthly lead‑generation, sales/enrolment, and conversion targets.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet their individual performance goals.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Organise sales activities and events to support lead generation.
• Retain existing customers through effective problem‑solving.
• Maintain high service standards and minimise student turnover.
• Achieve closure/conversion rates from trial to enrolment.
• Plan and execute teacher growth plans to meet monthly teacher targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Strong adaptability, leadership, and goal‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, extroverted personality with a passion for customer service.
