About the role

The Workshop Manager will be based in Singapore and report to the APAC Regional Manager. This full‑time position is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all activities related to Motive Offshore Group's rental fleet services and operations across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the effective planning and execution of rental fleet operations.
• Ensure all rental equipment is maintained, operated efficiently and ready for client hire according to the delivery schedule.
• Manage the Singapore workshop, driving process improvements and setting operational standards.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and team members.
• Lead and build a high‑performing workshop team, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing workshop or equipment rental operations.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Commitment to Motive Offshore Group’s values of people, planet and product.
