Channel Marketing Executive (1-year Contract)

About the role

This 1‑year contract role is focused on generating and converting leads for Sentosa’s attractions. You will engage community groups and organised interest groups across Singapore through cold‑calling, emailing and direct outreach to drive footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic cold calls, emails and outreach to community groups such as People’s Association, Active Ageing Centres and interest clubs.
• Develop professional presentation materials and deliver persuasive pitches to prospective groups.
• Understand each group’s needs, budget and objectives and recommend suitable Sentosa experiences.
• Maintain a structured contact database, record all interactions and track conversion outcomes.
• Analyse reasons for unsuccessful conversions and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design customised programmes (e.g., photography walks, nature trails, fitness activities).
• Coordinate with programme providers on bookings, itineraries and attendance, and support operational duties as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Confident cold‑caller with strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently while handling rejections and follow‑ups.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s community groups and grassroots organisations is a plus.
