Channel Strategy Associate / Senior Associate – Regional Brand & Growth Marketing

About the role

The Channel Strategy team at Shopee drives cross‑channel collaborations with external platforms across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Brazil. As a Channel Strategy Associate or Senior Associate, you will design data‑driven growth initiatives, run experiments, and partner with internal teams to expand our marketing reach.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute growth initiatives across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok and DSPs.
• Develop and run structured experiments to test new ideas, channels and features, analysing performance data to derive insights.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, creative and other marketing teams to deliver integrated full‑funnel strategies.
• Identify and pilot innovative approaches, emerging platforms and partnership opportunities to improve user engagement.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance campaign performance, workflow efficiency and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics or a related discipline (master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing; e‑commerce experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising channels, attribution platforms and marketing technology solutions.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and analytical skills with a data‑driven problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
