About the role

Join the culinary team at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore’s only beachfront resort, as a Chef de Partie specializing in Garde Manger. You will lead the cold section, ensuring high‑quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests in a serene island setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control the work of kitchen personnel in the Cold Section.
• Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of all cold‑prepared foods.
• Foster a positive, collaborative relationship with the kitchen team.
• Support the Sous Chef with operational tasks and service standards.
