About the role

Revolver, a Michelin‑recommended boutique grill concept in Tanjong Pagar, is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join its tight‑knit culinary team. You will run a dedicated station – whether Grill/Fire, Tandoor, Cold Larder or Prep – in a high‑energy, open‑kitchen environment that showcases bold Indian flavours with premium seasonal ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for your assigned station during prep and service.
• Control open‑flame cooking, binchotan grilling and tandoor baking to exact recipe specifications and presentation standards.
• Maintain poise, cleanliness and efficiency while working in direct view of diners.
• Ensure ingredient freshness, precise cuts, portion control and complete station set‑up before lunch and dinner service.
• Follow Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Guide and support Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants in daily tasks and clean‑down routines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume upscale restaurant, modern grill, or contemporary Asian/Indian kitchen.
• Hands‑on experience with live‑fire cooking, charcoal/binchotan grills or tandoor ovens is a strong advantage.
• Good spoken English to communicate effectively with the kitchen brigade and front‑of‑house staff.
