Chef de Partie – Up to SGD 3.65K/month, Orchard, Singapore

About the role

Join an award‑winning team at Singapore’s Best Buffet Restaurant, serving guests with delicious creations in a halal‑certified kitchen. As a Chef de Partie you will work in the Main Kitchen supporting room service, buffet, and catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily a la carte, buffet and catering items, ensuring consistency with SOPs.
• Manage live cooking stations, replenish buffet displays and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and all equipment.

Required profile

• Passionate about culinary arts and service‑oriented.
• Able to work independently under tight timelines.
• Physically fit and willing to work a 5‑day week that includes weekends and public holidays.
• Flexible to rotate between morning and afternoon shifts.
