Chief Concierge – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Chief Concierge leads the concierge team at NoMad Singapore, delivering personalised and memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand’s blend of New York hospitality and Singapore charm. This senior position oversees all guest assistance services, from transportation and luggage handling to curated local recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and implement procedures for luggage handling, transportation, and guest services.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to engage with guests and support the team.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Lead, train and develop the concierge team, conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing schedules.
• Provide expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, attractions and tailor experiences for VIP and repeat guests.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and timely communication of guest information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior concierge or guest services role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on service excellence.
• Excellent knowledge of local culture, events and attractions.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.
