Chief Revenue Officer (FinTech Startup)

About the role

A venture-backed fintech business, which helps financial institutions use data to make lending decisions and has growth plans across Southeast Asia, is looking for a commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will drive revenue growth and build a scalable commercial foundation. The role suits an experienced commercial leader who wants to scale revenue in an early-growth business with meaningful equity participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall go-to-market and revenue growth strategy
• Build and manage a high-quality enterprise sales pipeline
• Establish and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across financial institutions and fintech organisations
• Lead strategic customer acquisition and partnership initiatives
• Drive commercial planning, forecasting and revenue operations
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams on market expansion opportunities
• Provide commercial leadership across new markets and customer segments
• Contribute to long-term organisational growth and business strategy

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior commercial, revenue, sales or business leadership position
• Strong background in fintech, financial services, banking technology or SaaS
• Demonstrated success selling technology solutions to enterprise customers
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging executive-level stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style
• Experience operating across Southeast Asia is highly regarded
