Cleaning Manager

About the role

The Cleaning Manager will lead cleaning operations across one or more sites, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
• Supervise cleaning supervisors and cleaners.
• Plan staff rosters and allocate manpower.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards.
• Liaise with clients and address feedback.
• Oversee cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare reports, attendance records, and payroll information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of NEA licensing requirements and MOM regulations for the cleaning industry.
• Experience with cleaning standards, audits, and quality management systems.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Proven experience supervising and managing teams.
• Ability to develop SOPs and governance frameworks independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
