Client Services Lead (AI Tech Services)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is hiring a Client Services Lead (CSL) in Singapore. The CSL drives sales through close partnership and co-creation with key clients while ensuring what is sold is delivered with high quality, on time and on budget. The role leads a client account team comprising a Delivery Lead and a Sales Lead, supported by a consulting team and subject-matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner and co-create with clients through a consulting approach, engaging the C-suite to help them solve business problems, ideate their digitalisation roadmap and seize opportunities through technology.
• Manage profitable key client accounts and develop and operationalise growth plans for them.
• Act as consultant to clients, achieving high client satisfaction scores through deep understanding of business needs.
• Maintain deep key client relationships and build differentiated value propositions based on domain and industrial knowledge.
• Develop a point of view or thought leadership piece once a year to strengthen NCS's brand position.
• Ideate with clients to lead to opportunity originations.

Required profile

• 15 years or more in IT or ICT consulting is a plus.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to manage large, diverse and complex teams.
• Good sales and business acumen.
• Ability to architect value and act as a strong consulting practitioner.

Required skills

• Strong consulting abilities and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply social styles techniques to manage stakeholders.
