About the role

Join a fast‑growing chiropractic clinic as a Clinic Assistant. This entry‑level position offers full training, allowing you to develop hands‑on skills in patient care and basic rehabilitation while supporting a team of experienced clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with patient care and basic rehabilitation activities under supervision.
• Support daily clinic operations, including patient reception, enquiries and follow‑ups.
• Handle membership and sales‑related activities to promote clinic services.
• Learn and perform basic treatment and rehabilitation procedures after training.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in healthcare and wellness.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, patient‑facing environment.
• Willing to work a rotational roster that includes weekend shifts (off‑in‑lieu on weekdays).
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; comprehensive training will be provided.
