Clinic Assistant

About the role

Basel Medical Group is looking for a compassionate Clinic Assistant to join its Holland Road clinic in Singapore. This full‑time position supports the smooth operation of a natural therapies and alternative medicine practice, ensuring patients receive a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, maintain a professional reception area, and manage appointment scheduling using clinic management systems.
• Handle administrative duties such as patient registration, medical history documentation, and consent form processing.
• Process payments, manage clinic finances with confidentiality, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, waiting areas, and overall clinic facilities.
• Restock supplies, manage inventory of clinical and office materials.
• Assist practitioners with patient preparation and provide basic support during treatments.
• Respond to patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person with empathy.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
• Support the clinic team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer‑service setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with clinic management software (desirable).
