Clinical Specialist - MedTech (Biosense Webster)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Clinical Specialist in Singapore for its MedTech sales function, specifically Key Account Management for the Biosense Webster portfolio (no commission). The role builds and manages strong relationships with key accounts while providing expert clinical support for 3D mapping procedures, and drives business growth through account-based planning and the adoption of new technologies. It reports to the Business Unit Manager, Biosense Webster.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, clinical product support and value-added services to keep customers satisfied.
• Provide expert clinical support for 3D mapping procedures across Singapore and drive demand by using clinical evidence and outcomes data.
• Identify business development opportunities to grow unit profitability and market share in assigned accounts.
• Support better healthcare delivery through education and training for clinicians and technical staff, and plan and run training sessions for Electrophysiology (EP) Technicians.
• Maintain accurate account information, reports and customer records, and keep up to date on products, competitors and market dynamics.
• Partner with Marketing teams on new product launches, meetings and training, and work with the Regional Clinical Education Manager and Regional Marketing Manager on ProfEd, CommEd and launch readiness.
• Develop and nurture proctors and clinical advocates, and uphold the Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in Electrophysiology or Cardiology.
• Experience as an EP Technician with hands-on Electrophysiology exposure is preferred.
• CEPIA (Australia) and/or IBHRE certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to work extended and irregular hours, including weekends, and to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with proven cross-functional collaboration.
