Cloud Account Executive, Slack Enterprise (Singapore & Vietnam)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive for its Slack team in the Singapore Enterprise region, which represents a major growth opportunity for Slack. You will evangelize the value of Slack to new prospects and work with existing customers to drive adoption and the value they derive from the platform. The team is customer-centric and aims to build trusted relationships across its customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Drive ACV within Singapore and Vietnam Enterprise customers by creating, navigating and closing opportunities, and helping customers succeed with Slack
• Provide recommendations based on each customer's business needs and usage patterns
• Manage several customers at once across different stages of the Slack buying cycle
• Generate revenue through proactive outreach to new and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues appropriately, including billing, legal, security and technical inquiries
• Act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement
