About the role
CSIT offers a 2-4 month internship for undergraduate and pre-university students in cloud infrastructure and services. As a Cloud and Systems Engineer intern, you will design, build and/or improve cloud services under the guidance of a mentor, delivering a product that meets user requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build a proof-of-concept or prototype cloud service ready for deployment
- Document the findings of the technologies explored and present them to management and users
- Work on projects such as a message queue service, distributed streaming service, media services or data-lake service
Required profile
- Undergraduate or pre-university student
- Interest in cloud infrastructure and systems engineering
Required skills
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Proficiency in scripting and definition languages such as PowerShell and YAML
