Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to lead the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres across Singapore. This hands‑on leadership position reports to senior management and works closely with Centre Managers to drive growth, improve service quality and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to Centre Managers across several locations to meet business and performance targets.
• Monitor sales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards; implement improvement plans as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify challenges and offer on‑site assistance.
• Ensure consistent customer experience, service quality and SOP implementation across all centres.
• Review and optimise operational processes for greater productivity and efficiency.
• Manage performance, development and staffing of Centre Managers and the broader operations team.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with senior management on initiatives, process improvements and system implementations.
• Support expansion projects such as new centre openings and relocations.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the tuition, enrichment or education sector.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory role overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven experience managing centre managers or similar middle‑management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑site operations, manpower and operational costs.
