职位概况

新加坡一家专注高精密 CNC 加工的精密工程公司，因业务扩展，招聘经验丰富的 CNC 铣床机台设定员/程序员，接受轮班工作制，工作地点位于 Changi 与 Jurong West。

主要职责

设定并操作 CNC 铣床及加工中心（3/4/5 轴）
使用 Mastercam 或其他 CAD/CAM 软件编写、修改 G‑code / M‑code 程序
选择合适刀具并设定加工参数，确保产品符合图纸、公差及质量要求
进行过程检验、基本保养及故障排除
配合生产团队完成每日产量目标

任职要求

具备 CNC 铣床/加工中心设定与编程经验
熟悉 Mastercam 或其他 CAD/CAM 编程工具
能够阅读工程图及 GD&T 标注
熟悉卡尺、千分尺、高度规、千分表等精密量测工具
有精密工程或制造业背景者优先

必备技能

CNC Milling 操作
Mastercam、SolidCAM、Fusion 360、AutoCAD 基础
G‑code / M‑code 编程
3‑Axis、4‑Axis、5‑Axis 加工经验
Fanuc、Mazatrol、Siemens、Mitsubishi 控制系统
Mazak、Haas、DMG Mori、Makino、Okuma 机床品牌

我们提供

基本月薪 S$1,800–S$2,200，含加班在内的总薪资 S$3,000–S$4,500
轮班工作制（5 天轮班）
