Collaboration Platform Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Engineer scalable and secure collaboration platforms (chat, conferencing, file‑share, workflow automation) to ensure high performance, reliability and usability.
• Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD to automate deployments and workflows, improving efficiency, product quality and onboarding speed.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor platform health, applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance the collaboration experience, drive feature enhancements, and explore emerging technologies like AI and automation.

Required profile

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or PowerShell and familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices.
• Exposure to collaboration platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity to explore new tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
