Commercial Intern, Regional

About the role

Fresh, a sensorial beauty brand within LVMH, is looking for a curious and driven Commercial Intern to join its SEAO Regional Team in Singapore. The intern supports business performance reporting, market analysis and data intelligence for the region, and manages the end-to-end operations of the PO expense management for Singapore and the region. The internship runs from November 2026 to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Sell-out analysis and reporting by franchise, product and point of sale, and weekly and monthly sell-in and sell-out reports for SEAO
• Track retail and sales to target, and manage monthly net sales estimates with variance analysis against budget
• Monitor sales driver budgets (consistency, discounts, testers, returns) and deliver monthly flash reports with strategic recommendations
• Own standard reports and presentations, and deliver ad-hoc reports on request
• Work with the Business Controller on planning, data collection and templates such as sales trends, seasonality and stock-holding
• Support budget presentations and strategy plans with data-driven insights
• Monthly reporting on scorecard doors and quarterly marketing CRM, plus quarterly brand and competitor analysis
• Process purchase orders, liaise on expense follow-ups, handle invoice documentation and vendor creation, ensure month-end cut-offs and reconcile expenses and vendor statements

Required profile

• Full-time commitment from November 2026 to June 2027
• Interest in the beauty, retail, luxury or FMCG industry
• Prior experience in retail, marketing, events or administration is a plus but not essential

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Data analysis and report generation using tools such as SAP, advanced Excel and Power BI
• Ability to manage complex spreadsheets and work under pressure with attention to detail
