About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Laundry Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our laundry department. The successful candidate will ensure efficient processing, uphold high standards of cleanliness, and meet production targets while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient running of the laundry section as a team lead.
- Operate and supervise assigned laundry machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Train, coach, and onboard new laundry attendants.
- Monitor daily output and adjust workflows to meet targets.
- Ensure workplace safety practices are observed and documented.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area.
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in laundry operations or a comparable industrial setting.
- Strong team player with proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Open to candidates from other operational backgrounds who can quickly adapt.
- Commitment to following safety and hygiene procedures.
