Communications and Change Management Manager

About the role

Singtel is looking for a Communications and Change Management Manager to lead adoption, engagement and communication for AI and digital transformation programmes across the group. You will work closely with programme leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and realisation of business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement with business stakeholders and leadership for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate rollout of AI use cases and digital platforms across IT, HR, Procurement, Finance and Corporate Centre.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly messaging for internal audiences.
• Assist with communications activities, including workshops, training support and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop internal communication materials such as eDMs, leadership updates, presentations and campaign assets.
• Support storytelling by creating visually engaging content aligned with Singtel’s brand and transformation narrative.
• Apply UX and design‑thinking principles to enhance communication effectiveness and user engagement.
• Create visually compelling materials using design tools and continuously refine approaches based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in communications, design, user experience, change management or transformation roles.
• Experience supporting rollout of AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, matrixed environments within a large organisation.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with change‑management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Agile or Scrum.
