Community Dietitian – Junior/Senior

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Community Dietitian to join SingHealth Community Hospitals in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering nutrition care to community groups and supporting national health initiatives such as Healthier SG and EatWise SG.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised nutrition counselling and education to patients in community hospitals and residents in the community.
• Design and conduct community health workshops, outreach programmes and digital‑first nutrition consultations.
• Create self‑management resources and digital content for residents.
• Collaborate with primary‑care providers, community nurses and other health professionals.
• Contribute to population‑health research, quality‑improvement projects and evaluation of nutrition programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience; community nutrition or population‑health experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and public‑speaking abilities.
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Canva and video‑editing software.
