About the role
This off‑cycle internship within PwC's Human Resources function focuses on Compensation & Benefits. You will support the Total Rewards Lead and contribute to projects that enhance the firm’s employee value proposition.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support on various compensation and benefits projects and ad‑hoc activities.
- Engage with corporate vendors to expand and improve discount programmes for staff.
- Manage the corporate discount portal, regularly reviewing and updating electronic data and standard operating procedures.
- Analyse current HR processes, recommend best‑practice improvements and ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related degree program.
- Strong academic record with active involvement in co‑curricular activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset, agility and adaptability to change.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; team‑player attitude.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (proficiency considered a plus).
