Construction Drafter (CAD/BIM)

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Drafter to produce accurate architectural, civil and structural drawings using CAD and BIM tools. The role supports project teams by preparing detailed and outline drawings for planning submissions and construction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural, civil and structural drawings from design drafts.
• Create and maintain CAD and Revit BIM models for C&S works.
• Prepare and update 3D BIM models for client and authority submissions.
• Produce outline and detailed drawings at appropriate scales for planning and construction.
• Coordinate drawing packages with internal project teams and external stakeholders during tender and construction phases.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage modelling and drafting tasks.
• Proactive team player with a can‑do attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
