Construction Project Manager – Good Pay & Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large‑scale projects across Singapore. You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Verify construction details, design errors, defects and variations against plans before construction and before processing payments to subcontractors.
• Manage people and organisational functions, including on‑the‑job coaching and tracking employee productivity.
• Plan, forecast and track subcontractors' work progress, provide weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meetings to meet project timelines, including logistics for daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables and milestones on time, within budget, and meeting business needs.
