Consultant / Senior Consultant – Lifestyle & Consumer Goods

About the role

As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant at Sia, you will help leading luxury maisons, consumer brands and retailers shape their future. The role blends high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on implementation across brand, product, marketing, commerce and operations, leveraging digital, data and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Address strategic challenges such as brand positioning, portfolio strategy and go‑to‑market model redesign.
• Support transformation programmes including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimisation, category development, operating‑model redesign and digital transformation.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to deliver actionable insights.
• Participate in project framing, client interviews, benchmarking and co‑creation of recommendations.
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams and engage regularly with C‑level stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a strategic role within luxury, consumer goods or retail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Comfort switching between strategic vision and operational detail, communicating both business and numerical concepts.
• Fast learner who thrives in diverse, changing environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms).
