Contact Centre Executive – Healthcare (Shift, North & East)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Contact Centre Executive to join our healthcare support team. You will work on rotating shifts covering the North and East regions of Singapore, handling a variety of patient and stakeholder enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and messaging platforms.
• Escalate information and manage emergency and fire‑related communication protocols.
• Support emergency activations such as Code Blue and Trauma Activation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address enquiries and requests.
• Capture customer feedback and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate in trainings, tests and audits as required.

Required profile

• Customer‑service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data‑entry tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rostered shifts (AM 7:30‑17:00 or PM 11:30‑21:00).
