Content & Communications Manager

About the role

UnlockLand is seeking a Content & Communications Manager to shape and amplify its external presence. You will translate product developments, customer projects, technical capabilities and company milestones into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences including customers, partners, media, industry professionals and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute UnlockLand’s overall content and communications strategy.
• Maintain a consistent publishing calendar across LinkedIn, company blogs, newsletters, video platforms and other relevant channels.
• Transform product releases, customer projects, POCs, partnerships and market expansion into strong external stories.
• Write press releases, company announcements, blog articles, case studies, social posts and media pitches.
• Create customer‑facing and investor‑facing materials that clearly explain the company’s progress.
• Interview founders, engineers, product teams, customers and partners to uncover valuable stories.
• Produce short‑form videos, webinars, live streams and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate photography, video production, visual assets and event coverage.
• Build relationships with journalists, industry publications and relevant media organisations.
• Manage media kits, company profiles, founder biographies and key company facts.
• Optimise content for SEO and AI search visibility, including GEO and answer‑engine discovery.
• Track content performance, media coverage, audience growth and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Professional experience in content marketing, corporate communications, PR, journalism or a related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to produce publication‑quality content.
• Strong storytelling ability and experience turning technical information into engaging narratives.
