Content Producer – Storytelling & Video Production

About the role

The Content Producer will lead storytelling for the Philanthropy Asia Alliance, creating video, editorial and social media content that showcases the impact of its members and partners across Asia. Reporting to the Strategic Engagement Lead, you will manage the full production cycle from concept to publication.

Key responsibilities

• Produce human‑centred video stories, handling storyboard, filming, editing and publishing for short‑form social videos and mini‑documentaries.
• Interview programme leaders, beneficiaries, scientists and funders, translating complex climate, health and inclusive development topics into clear narratives.
• Develop recurring video and editorial series on a regular publishing calendar to strengthen the Alliance’s brand.
• Write website articles, long‑form features and platform‑native social copy, creating supporting graphics within brand guidelines.
• Maintain and optimise content on the Alliance’s website and social channels, using audience data to guide creative decisions.
• Contribute to performance and social listening reports and apply insights to future formats.
• Support integrated campaigns and flagship convenings, including the Philanthropy Asia Summit, with original video and editorial assets.
