Contract Accountant – Healthcare & MedTech (Up to $5,500/month)

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Accountant to manage the full set of accounts for a healthcare and medical device client in Singapore. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting, tax compliance and supporting financial analysis on a 9‑month contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full‑set accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month‑end reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Manage GST and corporate tax filings and liaise with IRAS.
• Support inventory costing, including consignment stock.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Process payroll and CPF‑related accounting entries.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA/CPA qualification.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech or medical device sector is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore GST, corporate tax and SFRS.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Xero or QuickBooks.
