About the role
As a Contract Logistics Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for achieving 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation and inventory management across multiple accounts. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory operations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory tasks, including supporting the training of team members on inventory management procedures.
- Generate and deliver reports in line with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Manage processes for inventory claims, returns, and damaged goods handling, and propose measures to reduce damage.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform stock counts according to customer requirements and company guidelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in inventory control within a warehousing environment.
- Experience with value‑added services (VAS) in logistics.
- Ability to track inbound and outbound stock data and understand import/export transaction flows.
