Contract UAT Analyst – Payments Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Contract UAT Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within a payments transformation environment. The role involves collaborating with business users and project stakeholders to ensure the new system meets business requirements before release.

Key responsibilities

• Work with project teams and end‑users to understand business requirements and testing criteria.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases and scripts.
• Identify, document and track defects and issues.
• Communicate test results and support issue resolution and re‑testing.
• Maintain UAT documentation, test results and defect logs.
• Ensure requirements are met before system release.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in UAT, software testing, business analysis or project support is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
