Control System Engineer (PLC / Industrial Automation)

About the role

We are looking for a Control System Engineer to lead automation projects across various industrial environments in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering PLC‑based control solutions from concept through commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, program and implement automation and control system projects.
• Develop and modify PLC software, integrating I/O, instrumentation and communication protocols.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting on site.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in control software, hardware and communication networks.
• Provide technical training and support to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports and project records.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline (Diploma candidates with 3–5 years experience considered).
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial automation or control systems (or 3–5 years for diploma holders).
• Strong internship or project experience in PLC programming.
