CORE Coordinator – Continuous Improvement & Digitalization

About the role

The CORE Coordinator will drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across our turbine overhaul operations. You will use the in‑house CORE program and Lean tools to enhance safety, quality and customer satisfaction while supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM) to achieve EH&S, quality and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Train and coach cross‑functional teams on the CORE program and improvement tools.
• Lead and participate in TOS CORE Council reviews and support sub‑committee activities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and performance reports.
• Design and implement digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Collect, transform and analyse operational data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Create simulation models with FlexSim or similar tools to evaluate manufacturing capacity and resource utilisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated, user‑friendly solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, industrial engineering, data analytics or digitalisation (entry level welcomed).
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
